PALMETTO GOODWILL NAMES PAMELA RICHARDSON CHIEF PEOPLE, DIVERSITY, AND CULTURE OFFICER

North Charleston, SC – Palmetto Goodwill, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to changing lives by providing equitable access to training, education, and employment, proudly announces the appointment of Pamela Richardson as the organization’s Chief People, Diversity, and Culture Officer. This strategic decision reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment, ensuring a brighter future for both its team members and the communities it serves.

Richardson joins Palmetto Goodwill with over 10 years’ experience in developing and leading people strategy towards fostering a welcoming and vibrant workplace culture while advancing diversity and equity initiatives. Richardson arrives from HCA South Atlantic Division, previously serving as Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion of the South Atlantic and North Florida divisions.
